Bimuno Immunaid: Review and giveaway.

Some weeks back I was contacted by Bimuno to see if I would like to review a product called Immunaid* and offer a giveaway to you guys. Having arthritis and a compromised immune system I jumped at the chance.

I have just finished the two week course so here I am to let you know how I got on.

So what is Bimuno Immunaid?

Well, Immunaid is a second generation prebiotic developed to help keep your immune system fit and healthy.  They're great for anyone with a weak or compromised immune system, like myself, or for anyone that feels they may need a bit of help, more so at this time of year with all those nasty coughs and colds and flu lingering. These little pastilles can offer that help, work together with your natural immune system and increase and strengthen your body's 'good' bacteria.
How to use.

You take two of the chewy pastilles every day after breakfast. When I first saw them I expected them to have a fruity flavour but they don't. I can't really describe the taste but they're not unpleasant at all.

So what do I think?

Well I have to say I am very impressed with these chewy health supplements. I'm always tired, and some days feel so lethargic I can't be bothered with anything. The benefits of these build with time and I only noticed I felt different in my second week of taking them. Ok, so I'd been on holiday, and with being off work my shoulder pain had subsided a great deal but I can honestly say I felt great. I can't explain it very well but I just felt like I had more energy. Maybe it was a combination of them all, holiday, less pain and Bimuno. Yes, I was still tired but not the kind where my eyes feel sore and I just want to sit down all day, it was a tiredness I was able to cope with. In fact, on the Monday of the second  week my words to my husband were "I feel full of beans", and I truly did. I was off work that day and I was whizzing around doing my housey chores, with music blaring and singing everywhere I went. He stopped me in my tracks and said "I don't know what it is but I like it and can you please take them forever?!"

Lifetime supply required please Bimuno at the request of my hubby!

So many people around me have had the sniffles and been terribly poorly and this weekend (whilst away in Devon can you believe) I thought I had the beginnings of the dreaded lergy coming on. I had a bit of a thick head, the flu-y kind and achey neck and shoulders but thankfully it didn't develop into anything. I'm sure that had something to do with Immunaid. Oh and I actually feel less bloated, another bonus!

There's lots of confusion around the use of probiotics and prebiotics and I'm no expert so you can click here for the FAQ's page on the Bimuno website. Have a read through, it's really informative and will help if you want to know the science bit, ingredients, who will benefit, etc, etc. You'll find tonnes of testimonials here. They also offer a supplement to help sufferers of irritable bowel, click here for more info.

Personally, I love the fact that these are in the form of pastilles as they're easy to take, I don't feel like I'm popping a pill. You can drop them in your bag and keep them with you. It comes in a powder form too so you can sprinkle it in your morning cuppa if you prefer!

Bimuno currently have an offer of 3 for 2 and so do Boots at the moment. I for one will definitely be taking more, I just have to wait for my lifetime supply to be delivered!!

If you're thinking of giving them a go please do remember these opinions are my own and our bodies are all different. I can't promise you too will be full of beans and dancing around the house with your vacuum cleaner. Please do not solely rely on this information I have given, remember I'm not a doctor.

If you've checked out the website and are wanting to give them a go why not enter my giveaway via Rafflecopter below for one box of Immunaid.

I'm really sorry but this is open to UK entrants only.

Good luck!
