Spain photo diary part two || Marbella, tapas and sunrises.

Brace yourselves. Here's the photo diary part two. Not quite as much alcohol you'll be relieved to hear, but then that's because I daren't allow it in too many shots!!! This diary contains pics of our time in Marbs, plenty of tapas and dreamy sunrises. If you didn't have a nosey at my photo diary, part one, you'll find it here.

I've fallen in love with Orange Square in the heart of the old town of Marbella with it's delightful restaurants and quaint shops and boutiques.

When in Marbs it has to be champagne cocktails.

Moving on to tapas (with fizz). Sorry about the god awful yellow looking food but only had my phone to take these on and we were sitting under a parasol in a very shaded area. I've tried to adjust them but it's not working!

The yellow food was utterly delicious, and the meatball gravy was to die for! It always amazes with tapas, you never seem to have much food but when you've eaten it you struggle to get up off your seat.

Just a small coffee and brandy then!

On a day when its raining in Spain, what do you do? That's right, head to another tapas bar to eat and drink plenty of Rioja!!! We did only have one day of rain by the way which was followed by the most magnificent electrical storm in the evening, Mr C and I sat on the balcony watching until 3am totally mesmerised.

And the next morning another breathtaking sunrise. Every sunrise I see actually blows me away, no matter where I am, there's something so magical about new beginnings and watching the world come to life.

I love that time of the morning when there's hardly anyone around, it's so calm and peaceful, sitting there with the vast ocean at your feet lost in your own thoughts.

Footprints in the sand.

Treasures from the sea.

It's all about leaving your mark wherever you go!

I'm aways sad to leave Spain, it holds a special place in our hearts and feels like our second home, we can't wait to go back.

Have you been to Spain? Would you like to? Where is your favourite destination in Europe?
